The mission of the Shri Gaayatri Mandir is to "foster the development of spirituality, religion, education, and culture within the community." 

Goals and Objectives

 The goals and objectives of the SGM focus on developing members' spiritual consciousness, understanding of the religion, becoming more knowledgeable through education, and maintaining the culture and tradition.  Specific goals and objectives include: 

   Spiritual Development - provide the opportunities and a conducive environment for members to worship, learn and practice the teachings of the scriptures.

  Financial - acquire sufficient funds to purchase a building of our own as a means of providing additional service to the community.

    Growth - recruit and retain members through active needs assessment and having programs and activities to meet the needs of the community.

  Youth Development - provide programs/activities to encourage and develop our youth spiritually and culturally.
